Luxe Society Realty is operated by Heiress Empire Company LLC. Real estate brokerage services are provided through Orchard Brokerage.

Information we collect

When you use our forms, request a consultation or register for The New Build Advantage™, we collect information you choose to provide, such as your name, email, phone number, preferred areas, budget range, moving timeline, property information, representation status, course date and optional spouse name. We also receive order and payment-status information. Please do not submit Social Security numbers, bank details, mortgage application documents or other sensitive financial information through general inquiry forms.

Squarespace and its service providers may collect device and browser information, IP address, pages visited, approximate location and cookie or similar usage data to operate, secure and understand the website.

Apartment-locating inquiries also collect your self-reported criminal history, including probation, eviction history and bankruptcy history within the past 10 years; any money currently owed to previous landlords or apartment communities; whether you have pets and how many; estimated annual income; and desired monthly rent range. We use these answers to prepare your apartment-locating consultation and discuss relevant property requirements and search priorities with you.

How information is used

We use information to answer inquiries, prepare consultations, understand your real estate goals, arrange requested representation discussions, manage course registrations and attendance, send venue details and service communications, review transfer or refund requests, and verify eligibility for the promotional course refund. Attending the workshop or requesting information does not by itself establish a representation agreement.

Payments

Payments are handled through the payment provider displayed at checkout, including Squarespace Payments or Stripe when activated. Payment providers process card and transaction data under their own privacy and security terms. We receive information needed to administer your order, such as payment status and transaction references, rather than your full payment-card details. We do not collect rent, deposits, earnest money, mortgage payments or property-purchase funds through this website.

Forms, communication and service providers

Website forms are hosted through Squarespace. Submissions are stored or routed to the business’s configured email and submission-management tools. We use email, phone or text as appropriate to respond to your inquiry and provide requested service or registration updates. We may share relevant information with Orchard Brokerage, payment processors, website and communications providers, and participating properties or service professionals when needed to fulfill your request or when you authorize a referral. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect security and prevent fraud. We do not sell personal information.

Cookies and your choices

You may manage cookies through your browser and any cookie controls presented by the website. Disabling cookies may affect forms, checkout or other functionality. You may ask us to correct your information, stop optional marketing communications, or review a request for access or deletion. Transaction, brokerage and other records may need to be retained for legal, accounting, dispute-resolution or service requirements.

Retention and security

We retain information for the service, recordkeeping and legal purposes described above and use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information. No website or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure. Third-party websites linked from this site operate under their own policies.
