Services and scope
Luxe Society Realty provides Dallas–Fort Worth buyer and seller consultation and representation discussions, new-construction guidance, apartment locating and investor real estate consultations. Inquiry and consultation forms are not checkout purchases. Representation, compensation and transaction services require the appropriate separate agreements and brokerage procedures. No representation relationship is created solely by visiting this site, making an inquiry or attending a workshop.
The New Build Advantage™
Luxe Society Realty offers $10 registration for The New Build Advantage™, an in-person homebuyer education workshop designed to help prospective buyers understand the new-construction process, builder incentives, financing considerations, buyer representation, upgrades, earnest money, and the decisions that affect the true cost of purchasing a new home. Customers are charged in U.S. dollars at checkout when they select and reserve an available class date.
This in-person workshop provides general homebuyer education, not individualized legal, tax, lending, investment, engineering or inspection advice. Attendance does not guarantee mortgage approval, builder incentives, property availability or a particular transaction outcome. Offerings and financing depend on the builder, lender, property, contract, buyer qualifications and market conditions. Consult the relevant licensed professionals for advice specific to your circumstances.
Registration and attendance
The registration price is $10 USD per registered seat. Each course is limited to 10 registered seats. A registered attendee may bring one spouse without the spouse using an additional registered seat. Provide accurate contact details, select the correct available date, complete payment and retain the confirmation. A cart entry does not confirm a paid registration. Spouses do not purchase a second seat or reduce registered-seat inventory. Arrive on time and follow venue instructions. Contact us if you have not received your venue or registration details.
Initial sessions are November 7 and 21, December 5 and 19, 2026, and January 2, 2027, from 6:30–7:30 PM Central Time in Addison, Texas. Exact venue details are provided to confirmed registrants. If you already work with an agent, check with your agent or broker before attending.
Cancellation, transfer and refund policy
Cancellation at least five business days before the course
If the registered attendee submits a cancellation request no later than five business days before the scheduled course, the attendee may choose to transfer the full $10 registration once to another available course date, or receive a 50% refund, equal to $5, returned to the original payment method. The attendee may not receive both a transfer and a $5 refund.
Cancellation fewer than five business days before the course
The registration payment is nonrefundable. The attendee may request a one-time transfer to another course date if space is available. Approval depends on availability. The transferred registration may not be transferred again.
No-show policy
If the registered attendee does not attend and did not request an approved transfer before the course, the registration is nonrefundable and may not be transferred to another date.
Cancellation by Luxe Society Realty
If Luxe Society Realty cancels the course, the registered attendee may receive a full $10 refund or transfer the full registration to another available course date.
Rescheduling by Luxe Society Realty
If Luxe Society Realty reschedules the course and the registered attendee cannot attend the new date, the attendee may receive a full $10 refund or transfer the registration to another available course date.
Promotional refund after attendance
The registered attendee qualifies for a full refund of the $10 registration payment by completing both requirements: (1) attend the selected course; and (2) complete the private buyer consultation within three calendar days after the course. After both requirements are completed, the full $10 registration payment will be returned to the original payment method.
An attendee who does not attend the course or does not complete the private buyer consultation within the required three-calendar-day period does not qualify for this promotional refund. If an attendee transfers to a different course date, the three-calendar-day consultation period begins after the course the attendee actually attends.
Requests and refund processing
Request a cancellation, transfer or refund by emailing leilani@luxesocietyrealty.com or calling (469) 988-9192. Include the registered attendee’s name, order number, selected course date and requested resolution. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays; deadlines use Central Time. A transfer is complete only when confirmed by Luxe Society Realty.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Allow approximately five to ten business days after approval and processing for the refund to appear; your financial institution may affect the posting time. For cancellation, transfer, refund or payment-dispute questions, contact us using the email or phone above. We encourage you to contact Luxe Society Realty before initiating a payment dispute so we can review and resolve the matter. This does not limit your rights with your payment provider.
Apartment locating
Apartment-locating assistance is provided at no direct cost to the renter. Luxe Society Realty may receive a referral or locator fee from the apartment community or property-management company after a qualifying lease is completed. Compensation and eligibility vary by property. Property availability, lease approval, rent and property requirements are determined by the participating community or property manager. We do not collect rent or security deposits through this website.
Online payments and other brands
Online payments are accepted only for the event registrations, educational products, consultations, and professional services specifically offered for purchase or booking through this website. Real estate representation, apartment locating, property purchases, rent, security deposits, earnest money, and mortgage payments are not collected through this website.
For this soft launch, checkout purchases are limited to The New Build Advantage™ registration. Other brand services are not sold through this checkout. No closing-credit or additional purchase incentive is offered by these terms.
Website use and service limitations
Use this website lawfully and provide accurate information. Do not interfere with its operation, submit fraudulent requests or copy its original content for commercial reuse without permission. Website information is subject to change and may not reflect real-time property availability, pricing or third-party terms. Third-party websites and providers control their own services. Nothing here replaces a signed representation agreement, lender disclosure, property contract or professional advice. Services are subject to applicable licensing, brokerage and geographic limitations. Any changes to an existing paid registration remain subject to the terms disclosed at purchase and applicable law.
